A manager who knows your building
Each of our two departments manages around forty buildings. Accounts are prepared annually under the SRU law of 13 December 2000. Bookkeeping is handled by specialist staff and service charges are apportioned with dedicated professional software.
Our managers visit the buildings themselves very regularly and meet co-owners at the office by appointment. Each is supported by a condominium assistant who stays at the office during business hours, so your calls and messages are answered even when the building's manager is out on a visit.
